These General Conditions regulate the use (including mere access) of the web pages that make up the above-mentioned FACA PACKAGING website, including the contents and services made available on them. These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, to Law 56/2007, of 28 December, on Measures to Promote the Information Society, to Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as in Royal Decree-Law 5/2018, of 27 July, on urgent measures for the adaptation of Spanish law to European Union regulations on data protection, and other applicable contracting regulations.
The laws of Spain shall apply to any dispute or conflict arising out of or in connection with these conditions or the use of this website, its content or services, and the provisions on conflicts of law shall not apply.
The User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of his or her domicile, provided that he or she is in Spain, to resolve any claims arising from these General Conditions, any of the Special Conditions of the Services or related thereto. However, if your domicile is not in Spain, the User expressly submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
